So you found The Short List, let me tell you a little bit about me. I'm an engineering student that loves food and thinks that we need to stop eating shit food. Pick a random ice cream at the store and read the ingredients list, there is a lot of weird stuff. They add this stuff so that it's easier to get from the factory, holds the perfect consistency longer, and so on. Remember that ice cream is basically egg, milk, sugar and some flavor, like vanilla. Can we please stop eating stuff one can never find in nature, let's start eating real food!

Write the real About text in src/pages/about.astro. A few things worth covering: who you are, why you started cooking this way, what you mean by “ultra-processed”, and how someone should use the site.
Then delete this dashed block. Everything outside it is already styled the way the rest of the site is.
What is UPF?
So it is not black and with, but I think a rule of tumb is that if the product contains something I can not buy in a supermarket, then it is UPF or Ultra procesed food.

Placeholder paragraph. Replace with your own — a paragraph or two on what prompted the list, and what you're not trying to do (this isn't a diet, it isn't purity, it's a list of things that are easier to make than to buy).
How the recipes are chosen
Placeholder paragraph. Replace with your own — how a recipe earns its place: it replaces something you'd otherwise buy, the ingredients are ones you can name, and it's realistic on an ordinary week.
